Dr. Debra Lind is the founder and president of Nehemiah Consulting and the visionary behind its proprietary frameworks for ethical leadership and systemic reformation. With more than 35 years of experience in organizational development, strategic execution, and human-centered coaching, Dr. Lind has guided companies and leaders across sectors to achieve sustainable growth anchored in values. Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, she bridges rigorous insight and applied expertise to every engagement, drawing from real-world experience across corporate, nonprofit, and academic disciplines. As a thought leader, she is committed to servant leadership, making principled innovation accessible to emerging professionals, seasoned executives, and everyone in between.
